Dionisio Díaz García, Honduran, Christian, known as the "lawyer of the poor" for his work defending the labor rights of impoverished workers, was assassinated on December 4, 2006. Justice has yet to be done. But your voice can make a difference.

The Mauricio Díaz Education Fund
Donations to this fund will be deposited in a fund administered by AJS dedicated to providing for the education of Dionisio's 7-year-old son, Mauricio.

The Dionisio Díaz Labor Rights Fund
Donations to this fund will be used by AJS to support efforts to continue Dionisio's work of improving labor rights for the poor.

Justice Workers Security Fund
Donations to this fund will be used by AJS to help cover the increased costs necessary to guarantee the security of other AJS-supported justice workers who continue to work under threat.
